Staffmark is seeking a Recruiting Associate to assist the talent acquisition team at a large Tech company in northwest Austin. The ideal recruiting coordinator is self-directed, detail-oriented, and driven to contribute growth and success. You will be the face of the company and set the tone for the rest of the candidate's career with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling interviews and greeting onsite applicants for interviews

  • Arranging travel accommodations, and processing expense reports for applicants as well as new hires

  • Be the face of the company to candidate for onsite and pre-boarding experience

  • Drive the interview process from start to finish

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked

  • Manage offer letter preparation through new hire onboarding

  • Facilitate competition of screening requirements

  • Partner with internal teams to support a seamless on-boarding and Day 1 experience for new hires

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 6 months recruiting coordination experience

  • Previous experience within an administrative or heavy support role

  • High attention to detail with proven organizational skills

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding metrics

  • Confidentiality

  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication

  • Must demonstrate excellent judgment when making decisions and solving problems

  • Exceptional time management; proactive with a strong sense of urgency

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
