We are looking for a great Customer Service/Data Entry associate for one of our clients located in the Kearny Mesa area.

The schedule would be Monday through Friday and either 7:00 to 4:00 or 8:00 to 5:00

Minimum 2 years of experience in an office environment administrative duties. Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access Excellent organization and prioritization skills Ability to work in a team environment Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) Answer phone calls and Customer Service Duties Accurately represent program policies and procedures to the general public, program participants and staff (via telephone) Set customers appointments w/customer inquiries & customer eligibility screening File program documents as required Perform Data Entry, update and manage program information utilizing software as required
