Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support in escrow department for mortgage servicing. This position will consist of providing customer support in a call center environment.
Hours of availability M-F 7 AM - 8 PM
Must have call center experience. Mortgage/Escrow experience not required.
-Answers incoming customer calls regarding general client concerns
-Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
-Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call
-Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
-High school diploma or GED
-Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent listening skills.
