Call Center Customer Service Rep - Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate/Salary: $15.50 - $17.50

This is one of the industry leading companies that is on a steep growth trajectory with 200%+ growth over the past 18 months! This group is relocating to the Valley, opening the new office in Tempe on October 15th. We are looking for representatives that want to provide WORLD CLASS customer service. Because this is a new group, their idea is to promote customer service representatives into Team Leads, Managers and other supporting positions as the group grows.

Responsibilities and Duties

The best candidates will have at least 1 year of Call Center experience. You should also have:

  • Previous Zendesk experience highly considered!
  • Experience working on a PC or Mac
  • Exceptional computer skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Great communication skills and experience working on a team
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure
