VIRTUAL - Seeking Program Manager (Change Manager) with successful record leading organizational change, especially in learning and talent management. Will assist with creating solutions in various strategies including instructor-led classroom learning, Web-based \virtual classroom training, performance support, and workplace learning to meet business needs.
This is a contract role of 20 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will possess the following: Change management and process documentation experience. Ability to work closely with Senior Management. Ability to plan and execute knowledge transfer. 6-8 years of talent management and learning \development experience. Recognized as expert for learning content, instructional design, technology integration, and common work processes to deliver high quality products. Can bring innovative talent development strategies, experiences and approaches. Previous project management success in highly decentralized organizations. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all levels within the firm. Successful record of leading organizational change, especially in learning and talent management. Prior Consulting or Professional Services experience. Education: Bachelor's and MBA or Master of Science in Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Education, Organizational Psychology/Development or similar. Instructional design certification(s) is desirable.
