Staffmark has partnered with a great company in Rogers Ar who is looking for a Customer Service Specialist, As a Customer Service Specialist you will:
Use a telephone to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Assist and answer to Office manager to achieve daily goals.
Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
Dispatch and schedule service technicians to daily jobs.
Schedule service calls with customers and makes follow up calls.
Dispatch service calls thru company software and assists service techs on billing concerns.
Fill out daily and weekly reports for service technician's efficiency and sales report.
Work directly with project managers and other office staff to schedule and follow up that company warranty and various company tasks are handled.
Input invoices, receipts, and payments as needed to conduct company business.
Take phone messages and dispatches company phone calls to appropriate parties.
Process new customer accounts, maintaining customer accounts, implementing changes to existing accounts, and filing documents and other paperwork.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) QuickBooks a plus - Exceptional customer service skills and phone etiquette - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail required - Must have experience in a fast paced environment - Computer skills will be tested - High level of customer service is required
