Pay Rate/Salary: $13.00 - $16.75
Primary duties will include working off a conveyor line stacking and palletizing boxes, while scanning products onto a cart. You will use your hand scanner to scan the label on the package and scan he label on the correct cart that package belongs to. You will have about 7 carts surrounding you. Once the cart is fully cubed, simply close the label, and then a forklift driver will come grab the cart and stage at the appropriate door for loading.
Arrange packages in carts keeping in mind size, weight, height, etc.
Follow safety policies and procedures and encourage other associates to do the same.
Possessing strong attention-to-detail skills in order to maintain accuracy that each product is being shipped to the correct location.
Maintain clean condition of your work station.
Keep in mind that this is a fast paced position and you can expect to handle products that may weight up to 65-70 pounds for 10 hours a day.

SKILLS, ABILITY or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to work a full shift with no restrictions on lifting or work schedule. Successfully complete any required training to effectively adjust to position and be successful. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items. Requires the ability to lift and move packages onto various carts. Must be able to lift up to 70lbs repeatedly and must be able to stand for 10 hours. DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: Initiative: Ability to think and take constructive action at work without being urged. Possess a skill set that has the ability to take lead in forwarding new ideas or work methods. Demonstrate awareness of safety policies and procedures.
