Social Media Support - Austin, TX

Do you love social media?! Are you witty and enjoy making people laugh?!

We are seeking a customer service and social media associate to run the social media sites for a luxury rental service in North Austin. This person should have previous customer service experience, professionalism, and a killer sense of humor!!

Hours will be Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer responses, questions, and comments on social media

  • Post witty updates on company social media sites

  • Engage customs on social media platforms

  • Take inbound calls from customers

  • Troubleshoot and assist customer with their rentals

  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Excellent sense of humor!! We want you to be the next Wendy's twitter account!

  • Professionalism; excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to be on the phone for long periods of time

  • Ability to make sound judgments and work with management team
