The Customer Service Coordinator is the point of contact for all online auction buyers providing them assistance, answering questions & resolving issues before, during & after our weekly auctions. The Customer Service Coordinator is also the vital link to all levels of the organization acting as a conduit of information & problem solver. As such, a key part of this role is to create a trusting and positive relationship & deliver an excellent customer experience via phone, email, chat and social media. The Customer Service Coordinator will quickly establish the customer's needs & take the required steps to meet them, interacting with internal departments and following up as necessary to ensure a satisfactory conclusion & superior customer experience.

Experience in dissolving high stress situations, strong on diplomacy with proven conflict resolution skills. Show consistent employment and longevity with previous employers
Flexibility in schedule and daily duties is a must
Critical thinking and comfortable making decisions
Computer literate and good command of Microsoft Office
