Criminal Paralegal - Phoenix, AZ

I am working with a firm in downtown Phoenix who is looking for a stellar Criminal Law Paralegal! This company is comprised of highly successful and well-known attorneys, representing people in all walks of life throughout Arizona and Nationwide. They pride themselves in obtaining the best results for their Criminal clients.This group has over 200 combined Jury Trails in all types of cases and 70 year's of legal experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with important documentation including trading, loan trading and investment banking transaction agreements
Organization, preparation, review of trading and client onboarding documentation. Tracking and coordination of agreement negotiations and execution. Maintenance of databases
Ad hoc due-diligence projects
Qualified as a notary preferred, but not required
Arrange conference calls and meetings
Organize and maintain calendars, including interaction with external and internal resources, from assistants to executives and board members
Coordinate travel and prepare expense reports
Review legal documents to ensure they are grammatically correct and in proper format containing all necessary portions or related documents
Handle requests for information
Organize and maintain legal and corporate files and board materials, both hard copies and electronically
Conduct research as requested

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge of legal terminology, appropriate English grammar, formatting of legal documents and legal correspondence etiquette
Advanced computer skills, including use of MS Office
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
