Staffmark has an opportunity for you to work with one of our premier customers in Windsor, CT. We have a 2nd shift opening available for a Mail Processor and Transfer/ RPF Associate.
Hours can vary in start and end times, typically starting between 5pm-8pm and ending between 12am-2am. FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST! Pay Rate: $11/hour
DURING PEAK SEASON ONLY: 11/12 - 12/15, the pay rate is $13/hr
Qualifications include the following:
- Data entry (alpha-numeric)
- Mail Sorting
- RF Scanning of Mail packages
- Quality inspection of warehouse and mail
- Meet daily production goals
- Assist on other jobs as needed

This is a basic 10 key or scanner entry operation where processors enter package ID and/or zip code information into the UPS manifest system. Simultaneous to this, processors weight each piece of mail and apply a postage indicia label in the correct location on the mail piece. Ability to read/recognize zip codes and/or associated barcodes on mail pieces is required in addition to ability to effectively 10 key zip code numbers on standard personal. Minimum 300 pieces an hour. Need to have good hand eye coordination, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Need to be computer literate. Bending stretching, always moving.
