Work in your home office based in Missouri or Illinois, with expected travel averaging three days per week to client facilities and US headquarters in Maryland.

Your Role as the Regional Sales Manager
Regional Sales Manager represents the company with established customers, and develops the business in the region of Missouri and Illinois. You will utilize your networking skills and sales expertise to increase market share in line with corporate goals. By developing leads, targeting prospects, and building relationships, you will market the company products, develop solutions, and increase business in the region.
Expertise in sales- candidates should have strong sales and networking experience, preferably within the automotive, aerospace, or other production industry
Exposure to aluminum extrusion systems
General mechanical aptitude- able to understand technical information relating to production or manufacturing environments
Strong communication skills, high level of integrity and work ethic, and excellent organizational skills
Four year degree preferred, but organization will consider closely related experience in lieu of degree

Experience or familiarity with modular aluminum extrusion systems such as 80/20, Bosch, MiniTec or Tube and Joint systems such as Creform, Trilogiq or NIS
