Customer Service Representative - Conway, AR

  • Responsible for supporting business needs by directing incoming calls and emails to the appropriate person.

  • Answers all phone calls and directs to appropriate personnel.

  • Acknowledges purchase order emails and forwards to appropriate person(s).

  • Processes and distributes daily reports.

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of office supplies.

  • Responsible for maintaining inventory of samples, literature and small parts.

  • Distributes mail.

  • Processes purchase orders for order entry and proofing.

  • Prints invoices as requested by customer.

  • Assists CSR with production checks.

  • Maintains and distributes company phone list.

  • Meeting coordinator for department managers.

  • Liaison between IT department and copier leasing agent.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. - At least three years prior experience in customer service is preferred. - Must have good communication and mathematical skills and good analytical abilities. - Be proficient in 10-key. - Prefer 45 WPM. - Must have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Windows. - Must have knowledge and proficient use of applicable office-related equipment.
