Staffmark is seeking an Administrative Assistant to temporarily join the facilities team at an insurance company in Northeast Austin. This role will begin immediately and last until the end of January. Ideal employee will be professional, process driven, and ready to hit the ground running.
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
- Sort, tag, and monitor keys and other assigned facility items
- Build a spreadsheet for tracking building materials
- Review and update information
- Other administrative duties as needed by facilities team

High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Professional demeanor. Ability to work and complete projects independently. Attention to details and high level of organization.
