Customer Service Representative - Muncie, IN

If you have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a good deal of patience, Staffmark has a Customer Service position and we want to talk to you!

As a CSR, you will take inbound calls for businesses that are unable to accept calls (overflow) or closed for the day. In this CSR position, you will take messages and provide callers with basic information, schedule, cancel and change appointments or direct callers to other resources, such as a website or alternate contact number. In addition, some jobs may require you to make follow-up calls.

This position is 2nd shift, temp to hire, and will work between 30-35 hours per week with on the job training,

Requirements:
Typing, computer and organizational skills are required along with the ability to multitask, an understanding of phone etiquette, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
