Responsibilities of the Call Center - Protection Specialist include:
• Responsible for making Outbound Calls to Client sites
• 1 year exp. in a Call Center handling Alarm monitoring or police dispatch environment
• Ability to multitask and have a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions
• Maintaining Call Center database

Qualifications for the Call Center Protection Specialist position include:
• Associates Degree
• Ability to build rapport with clients and strong listening skills
• Able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a 24/7 365 Call Center Environment
