Staffmark is hiring for a Direct Hire, Stock Supervisor in Mooresville, NC for an awesome company! We have day shift, 9am to 5pm working Monday through Friday! If you are looking for a new Supervisory position, Staffmark wants to talk to you!
Pay starts at $28,000/year
Must have previous supervisor experience in a warehouse environment.
Reporting to management on accuracy of stock levels and managing stock teams
Ensuring all stock processes are followed by all members of staff
Ensuring stock is efficiently moved through locations in the business to enable the production process to continue efficiently
Troubleshooting any stock inconsistencies
Ensuring any known differences are highlighted to management
Ensuring VIP stock is accurately maintained
Planning the work allocation for the stock team
Reporting to management on priorities, planned work allocation for team, team work load, status of work completed and performance of individuals
Conducting training for new stock team members joining the team
Reporting on performance of team members
- Previous experience organizing stock in a warehouse
- Previous supervisor experience
- Previous experience motivating, coordinating and training staff
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
- Ability to adapt and learn new things
