Primary duties for this LTL Coordinator position include:

  • Answering the phone and interacting with customers and employees to resolve issues related to product, service or customer issues.
  • Will be taking and entering orders in a database.
  • Administrative duties that include maintaining customer records, filing, emailing, copying and faxing.
  • Using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to track data, update spreadsheets, send correspondence and other administrative tasks assigned.
