Customer Service Representative - San Francisco, CA

Seeking a Customer Service Rep in San Francisco to assist our company with a temporary need. The duration is expected to be 1-2 months. The hours are Mon – Fri, 40 hours a week (first shift).

Ideal Experience: 3+ years' experience as a CSR (preferably with experience in the financial industry). Experience using Zendesk is a plus; experience handling written communications within a customer service environment is required.


You will help resolve issues for customers who submitted disputes online for inaccuracies in their credit reports. You will manually submit the disputes to credit bureaus, and gather investigation results to give to the customer. All customer interaction is handled over Zendesk/online (no phone conversations).

The full-time dedicated CSR will provide training in the process, but this person should have excellent written communication skills.


CSR experience, preferably in the finance industry; experience handling written communications or utilizing Zendesk
