Newly created position in Windsor, CT for a Contracts Administrator for our US Sales Divisions.
Use your skills in Project Management to organize and track our new sales.
From purchase order to payment, our sales cycle can last 6 months and you may be tracking up to 30 individual sales projects.
- Details – you must be good with details! Helpful past work experience includes working with numbers, accounting, payment schedules, contractual details and terms.
- Files – Our electronic files are primarily in our Public Shared folders and in Excel and PDF format.
- Organization – This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing files in a very specific format to track and audit contract, changes/deviations, clarifications and payment.
- Communication – Highly developed communication skills are needed for inter-department, internal & external customers, vendors, contractors and co-workers on your team.
