Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and drafting contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Distributing annual reports
  • Handle all paperwork for the department
  • Updating company files
  • Executive summaries
  • Log minutes
  • Attended corporate meetings

Bachelors degree Experience in corporate law
