Your Role as the Office Manager
In the role of Office Manager, you will organize and coordinate all office administration duties and processes. You will manage tasks relating to human resources, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Utilizing exceptional administration skills, you will organize meeting and appointments, work with IT regarding office equipment, manage relationships with vendors, create facility purchase orders, maintain company files, manage internal staff relations, and oversee payroll processes.
Expertise in office management including overall knowledge of HR processes and accounting processes
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Strong communication skills
