Staffmark is hiring for a Call Center Representative in Lexington, NC for a great company! This is a part-time position with start time of either 3pm or 5pm and working until 9pm Monday through Friday! If you are looking for a new Call Center position, Staffmark wants to talk to you!

  • Pay starts at $11/hour and will increase to $12/hour once hired on.

  • Must have excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens

  • Must be able to work one weekend day (9am to 6pm) as it is required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customer to take orders, resolve issues, etc
  • Inputting data into the computer
  • Operating two computer monitors at once
  • Navigating between multiple screens

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous clerical/customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to navigate between screens
  • Ability to use 2 computer monitors
