Responsibilities:

- Data validation

- Executing step-by-step instructions into a command line interface

- Basic scripted troubleshooting

- This is a customer interfacing role

Personal/Professional skills

- Computer literacy and familiarity with networking and command line interfaces (linux/ms-dos)

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work to time constraints

- Good phone skills

- Customer service experience a plus

- Microsoft Office competency

- Good analytical and problem solving skills


Requirements:
Knowledge of network/computer operating systems and software applications. Knowledge of the methods and techniques used in troubleshooting. Knowledge of host terminal systems Ability to read and comprehend procedural, peripheral equipment and applications; Ability to exercise discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information, and the ability to understand and influence the behavior of others within the organization, customers or the public in order to achieve job.
