Staffmark is seeking an individual to fill the role of Purchasing Administrator in Winchester, KY. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related experience and provide stable work history. This is a temporary to career position and interested candidates must submit a resume to be considered.

The duties will include obtaining quotations as needed for new products or services. Conducts periodic checks on frequently ordered items to ensure best pricing. Processes all MRO purchase orders. Processes MRO purchase orders from requisition form. Enters data into computer, processes paperwork, including faxing and/or mailing purchase order, distributing copies, and filing purchasing copy.

High school diploma or GED required, some college courses preferred. Strong administrative skills Intermediate computer skills in MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Access). Above average communication skills both verbal and written. Above average customer service skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment while maintaining high ethical standards.
