Immediate temporary to hire Facilities Operations Coordinator opportunity for a growing chemical manufacturer located in Auburn Hills. They are a supportive and collaborative group of innovators that are developing products to make the world a better place.

This position is reponsible for all facilities coordination to include; IT interface for site related matters and Tyco Security System, vendor management, HR interface such as meet and greet new hires and visitors and providing orientation, administrative support such as general data entry and arranging meetings and distributing corporate communications and maintaining supplies, event support managing meeting schedules and event calendar and ESHA site safety meetings and walk thrus. -Experience with facilities management to include administrative support, safety coordination, IT troubleshooting/assistance, onboarding paperwork and fleet management -Strong Microsoft Office Suite -Proficient with SAP
