Compliance Help Desk Analyst - Stamford, CT

  • Assist employees in understanding their specific mandatory compliance activities and requirements.
  • Provide detailed guidance via phone, email and chat tools
  • Answer questions related to the fundamental compliance standards.
  • Handle large volume of customer interactions professionally and accurately
  • Demonstrate good judgment in the appropriate method to assist customers
  • Quickly and accurately document customer interactions in customer management tool (Service Desk)
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree, Customer Service experience required, Securities/Finance industry experience preferred

Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail, Familiarity with Securities/Finance industry, Ability to deal with competing priorities, Customer Service attitude, 40 WPM minimum typing speed
