This individual will be responsible for developing strategic goals across multiple teams while leveraging operational data and cross-functional relationships to create initiatives for the future growth of Indeed Hire.   • Identifies and develops future leaders

  • Uses external knowledge and expertise to challenge the status quo and keep Indeed Hire competitive in the market

Senior Operations Manager Requirements

  • 12+ years of successful Customer Service Management and/or Client-Facing Management Experience (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in leading other managers (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience developing production strategies in metric-driven environments across multiple business units/teams
  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • Corporate or RPO recruiting experience desired
  • Past success in a fast-paced, continually evolving environments using proven time management skills, prioritization skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of the recruiting/hiring process and success drivers
  • Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, comfortable using data to diagnose and improve team performance
  • Experience building strong, collaborative, productive teams
  • Prior success in driving impactful new initiatives across multiple teams or business units
  • Experience in building positive, strong relationships across other business units within a corporate environment
