Order Support Agent - Austin, TX

Staffmark is seeking a professional Order Support Agent to join the global contact center of a large semi-conductor facility in Northeast Austin. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. This person will be responsible for all customer needs pertaining to incoming and outgoing orders.

Hours of operation are 24/7 - employee must have open availability; Shift differentials will be provided.

Key responsibilities include, but are limited to:
•Generating shipping and billing information
•Receive and forward requests for quotes to appropriate department
•Work with sourcing team for vendor, pricing and request availability
•Receive purchase orders for parts and/or service orders
•Order and track parts from appropriate fulfillment center
•Track orders and ensure requested materials/service is delivered within the quoted time frame
•Other duties as assigned

High School degree or equivalent Minimum 2 years customer service experience in a high volume environment SAP experience a plus Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Ability to multi-task between variety of customers
