Customer Service Rep - Garrett, IN

  • Answer incoming calls regarding orders, product problems, service questions, general client concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with each caller.
  • Update customer information in client database during and after each call.
  • Work with management team to stay updated on product knowledge.
