Customer Service Representative - New York, NY

• Handle high volume of inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls, messages, etc.) from agents and GO personnel regarding agents' tax forms including providing reissues of tax forms, answering basic tax questions, providing missing ledgers for tax form reconciliation, and documenting returned tax forms.
• Respond to various agent ledger inquiries – use established procedures to assist with resolving standard inquiries (emails, phone calls, messages, etc.) from agents and GO and HO personnel regarding various agents ledger activity. Seek assistance from more knowledgeable personnel for non-standard inquiries.
• Review and provide requested information to process forms related to unemployment claims, Department of Labor requests, verification of employment and wages from varying financial institutions.
• Input routine financial transactions to agents ledgers.
