Patient Care Liaison Specialist - Madison, TN

Position will make follow up calls to patients to schedule the next appointment. This vital position ensures continuity of care and establishes rapport with the patient.

Schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.


Requirements:
Outbound call center, retail, customer service experience is preferred for this patient liaison specialist position. Qualified candidate will be self motivated and driven.
