Staffmark is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. The Recruiting Coordinator will work at our client facility located in Harford County. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for all staffing related functions to effectively provide exceptional service to our client and our temporary employees. The Recruiting Coordinator should be high energy, enthusiastic, and be able to work well under pressure!
The Recruiting Coordinator will be expected to produce high volume recruiting in a light industrial arena.
The primary focus of the Recruiting Coordinator:
- Effectively recruit candidates
- Onboard employees
- Orient temporary candidates
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for the client's needs
The Recruiting Coordinator will be the driving force to find new recruiting avenues, implement recruiting events, run social media sites for recruiting, and research new contacts for recruiting purposes in the community.
Other responsibilities include:
- Receive/ qualify calls and walk-ins
- Accurately document attendance for temporary employees
- Post open job positions to various job boards
- Interview candidates, administer tests, confirm employment history through reference checks, conduct pre-employment screening, and conduct onboarding paperwork with potential candidates
- Maintain employee records and files
- Actively recruit for open positions
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and have previous experience in staffing, human resources, or other related industry. Candidates should be flexible to work overtime as needed. Successful candidates will also have a high level of communication skills, be self motivated, metrics driven, and enjoy working in a fun, collaborative environment!
