Call Center Trainer - Austin, TX

Pay Rate/Salary: $14.00 - $20.00

Staffmark is seeking a motivated and self-directed trainer to join a small team at a call center in North Austin. This person will be responsible for working with client and management teams to create a training program for customer service and sale agents. Ideal employee will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Primary duties:

  • Work with management team to identify and create training materials
  • Collaborate with supervisors to set agent benchmarks
  • Communicate with customer to assure messaging is consistent
  • Work with employees to build skill sets
  • Other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous training experience; call center training a plus!!
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work with technology to create training materials
