Data Quality Analyst - New York, NY

Our client is seeking a Data Quality Analyst in New York to join its growing Sales Effectiveness team within Sales for a 3 month assignment!

This business-critical function supports Sales by coordinating with Client's Sales, Sales Strategy, Marketing and Sales Operations teams to enhance and augment client data, ensure the accuracy and completeness of CRM account data as well as other data or content of potentially lesser quality. The Data Quality Analyst will work within the Sales Strategy team to identify additional client data and insights from external sources, perform data accuracy checks, process data requests, adjust and update account details, verify the legitimacy of data quality reports and identify data-related issues that might impact Sales effectiveness and efficiency.

The Data Quality Analyst will report to the Director, Sales Effectiveness, and will work closely with other teams within Sales Strategy, Sales and Client to address data integrity issues. The individual will be cross-functional and able to collaborate across a wide variety of teams, including high energy Sales teams, Marketing, Client Services, Sales Operations, as well as their own team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a go-to person for data enhancement, review, revision and account revision requests.
  • Act as a Data Helpline, actioning on requests and reports from Sales Strategy.
  • Perform a variety of tasks to improve the accuracy and quality of CRM account data.
  • Triage reports and requests appropriately.

Requirements:

  • Independent self-starter
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Experience with an online CRM/SalesForce
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to identify innovative ways to improve internal processes and tools
  • Foreign language knowledge a huge plus (Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Russian)
