Routing Coordinator - Lewisville, TX

This position will provide support to operations management for Routing RX work in the lab network. In addition, this position will support the PreProduction managers in other tasks to support lab standardization. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to inter-lab communication and compilation of gathered information.
The main responsibilities include
Routes RX work in the lab network as assigned by operations.
Audit routing tables periodically to make sure they work as intended.
Tabulates information for the Pre-production managers and compiles the information to create excel lists and reports.
To include, inventory, routing compliance, Combobulator use, etc.
Communicate effectively to both internal and external customers through written correspondence, email and phone.
Support Pre-production team on the activities within the Combobulator
Special assignments or projects as assigned by management.
High School diploma required, college degree helpful A.A, degree or equivalent. DVI experience preferred. Minimum of three to five years work in an Optical Lab environment. Able to use of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Analytical, proactive problem solving skills Techniques to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Accountability Ability to accept responsibility and be accountable for actions and conduct. Confidentiality Maintains confidentiality at all times with proprietary information, internal and external communication. Team oriented Positive and professional, able to show consideration for and maintain good working relations with coworkers and remains opens to others ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things. Strong communication skills Both written and verbal with demonstrated creativity with regard to work. Exceptional organization skills Using systematic methods to perform work and creativity to recommend or create new work methods or procedures. Ability to multitask Able to complete simultaneous projects and responsibilities with extreme attention to detail according to required timelines and deadlines. Ability to work overtime as needed. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
