Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with questions and concerns while demonstrating problem solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication with customers.
  • Accurate and detailed order entry and processing.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer files.
  • Will be responsible for personal and professional Time Management.
  • Will be responsible to maintain an acceptable level of Customer Satisfaction
  • Cross-departmental communication to achieve customer's request.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent Data entry skills.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance record and be punctual daily.
  • Prioritizing daily activities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate the ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving skills while exhibiting initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Professional communication and relationship building with others.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work with various levels of management.
  • Possesses Analytical skills that will result in customer problem solving.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Basic Math Skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge and experience in windows based computer systems and Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Access.
