Growing Private Equity Firm is hiring a strong Executive Assistant and Office Manager! $75-90K annually.
In this position, you will support the Director of Administration with all Administrative duties; heavy calendar management, travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Liaison with all Senior Executives on day to day matters and get involved with employee relations
- Setting up conference calls, both internally and externally; preparing meeting materials
- Assist with firm event planning and major conferences
- Researching vendors and providing comparative outline of products/services
- Maintaining department procedures and databases
- New hire orientation and onboarding/off boarding procedures for all employees
Must have at least 5 years experience as an administrative assistant with some office manager duties. Strong Computer skills- MS Office. Prefers financial industry experience in a team setting.
