Supply Chain Associate - Honea Path, SC

The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the identification, analysis, and implementation of continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain performance and efficiency, close current gaps to BP customer service metrics, and generate year or year improvements for customer service. This role will review and manage the master data network to support these objectives and be the owner of the plant data reports.


  • Lead the identification, analysis, planning, creation, and implementation of continuous improvement projects to support supply chain performance and customer service metrics
  • Lead the plant implementation of network wide business processes changes as required
  • Monitor, review, and manage SAP master data settings for scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and logistics - such as planning time fences, SS values, lot sizes, queue times, processing times, SAP calendars, OEE, transit times, scrap percentages
  • Manage plant data reports and data files – troubleshoot issues with current reports, adaptation and/or creation of new reports in alignment with the needs of the supply chain and operations
  • STAR Network Representative for Honea Path and related Cherwell management
  • Develop standard work for scheduling and master data management
  • Review and continuously improve business processes in line with standard SAP practices
  • Identify best practices through education and benchmarking with other facilities

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT with 5+ years of related work experience Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT with 10+ years of related work experience Able to demonstrate the following: - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Project management skills - Global Supply Chain knowledge and understanding - Strong SAP knowledge - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Access - Visual Basic for Applications experience preferred - Strong interpersonal communication, and team skills - ability to work with cross-functional departments, customers, and suppliers both internal and external - Manufacturing experience
