Growing specialty instrument manufacturer is looking for a Recruiter for their headquarters in Vernon Hills. The Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting with active and passive candidates for various roles from corporate level to production. They average about 30 reqs supporting on a national scale. This reports into an HR Manager and has other HR professionals within the dept. You would be working with a very collaborative team of peers that would be there to support you every step of the way. You would consult with hiring managers to determine the business needs, recommend hiring solutions and talent acquisition, onboarding and manage the Affirmative Action Plan.

-Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related or equivalent experience -Min. 5 years of corporate recruiting preferably for a staffing firm as well as client side -Ability to manage an average of 30+ reqs for different verticals -Ability to manage the relationship with the staffing firms supporting contract positions -Ability to do minimal travel
