A top notch company in East San Diego County is looking for an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Assistant to assist in general accounting duties (updating and maintaining records of expenditures, sending out payments, responding to vendor invoices, ensuring payments are made, resolving payment discrepancies).
Experience in the construction industry is preferred for the A/R position (preliminary notices, mechanic liens, job tracking and data entry).
Must have experience in Accounting: Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable. Must be a good communicator, assertive, independent, detail oriented and customer service motivated. Recent Oracle experience is a plus.
