Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative includes:

  • Responsible for resolving product or service problems

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints

  • Fulfilling customers request

  • Able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions

  • Maintain and answer incoming as well as outgoing calls

  • Working along-side Supervisors and Managers to help make operations run smoothly

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative position includes:

  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields

  • Strong data entry skills

  • General Math and organizational skills

  • Deadline and detail Oriented

  • Knowledge of Excel systems

  • Knowledge of email usage
