Staffmark is hiring Inbound Call Center / Customer Service Reps in Houston, TX! If you have Call Center or face to face customer service experience, Staffmark would like to talk to you!

$10/hour with bonus potential monthly

These are CUSTOMER SERVICE- NO SALES required

Inbound calls from current customers. Will be helping customers with billing questions that they may have in regards to high bills etc. (This will be their opportunity to try and get them a more affordable plan if possible).

Will be renewing customers who are on a month to month contract or whose contract is getting ready to expire.

Will be handling calls from customers who wish to cancel their service (you are given the chance to ask why the customer is wanting to cancel and to try and retain the customer by offering various plans/promotions).

$10/hr. + weekly commission. Commission structure will be explained in detail in training.


Requirements:
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 10a-7p. You may be given the option to work as early as 7am but these positions fill up quickly! Must have some sort of Customer Service experience preferably via call center environment, however face to face will be considered
