Staffmark has teamed with a local manufacturer in the fabrication industry here in Northern KY to hire a Service Process Manager.

The Service Process manager will be THE VOICE OF THE CUSTOMER & THE LIASON TO MANUFACTURING. Responsibilities include: the interface of clients during the quoting process and production piece, building client relationships, resolving concerns, quoting orders, coordinate order changes, and responding to order request. The Service Process Manager will Own the NPI (New product introduction) process. Making sure that all teams are on schedule, ensuring that problems are solved in a timely manner and meeting scheduled deadlines. You will be reporting directly to the CEO.

The Service Process Manager will create and maintain customer scorecards using internal/ external metrics provided by the customer . You will be developing and maintaining the dashboard reporting to track Late shipment, RMA activity, backlog, and Actual GP performance, along with additional components as requested by management.

If you have experience in developing and managing processes/ teams, good with building customer relationships, data driven decision making and have a continuous improvement mindset (lean/six sigma is a plus)... PC Skills- MS Word, Excel, Power point/ 3-5 Yrs Leadership Abilities/ MRP/ ERP Systems/ Team Builder/ Organize and Maintain Service Orders, quotes, records, database/ Track Late shipment, RMA activity, backlog, GP performance/ Applied Science degree is beneficial/ Engineering Acumen, process driven/ Sheet-metal and aerospace experience
