Conducts needs analysis, gathers KPI data required to diagnose, recommend, develop and implement learning solutions.
Develops learning solutions that address root cause issues to drive improved business performance.
Create engaging learning content and activities for a diverse set of roles to include hourly workers and leaders.
Set instructional end goals and create content that matches them.
Develops project plans that account for work performance, critical deadlines and required resources.
Create supporting material and media to include role plays, presentation decks, audio, video, etc.
Reviews and follows approval process of developed frameworks prior to design commencement.
Regularly reviews work progress with key project stakeholders.
Monitors business environment and needs to recognize and perform needed adjustments to developed frameworks during course of projects.
Delivers and or trains the trainer on designed solutions through appropriate channels - may include classroom, eLearning, or web-based.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Education, Communications or related field. 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design: Demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; instructional design; experience delivering learning for large scale implementations. Experience working with HR related content including employee on-boarding and hourly & management training. Experience working with business clients. Ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately. Preferred 2+ years experience deploying learning solutions to a large workforce in multiple locations. Related industry certifications or credentials.
