Business to Business Customer Service Rep - Austin, TX

Staffmark is seeking several Business to Business Customer Service Representatives to join a large card services company. You will act as a liaison to create and maintain a positive relationship with clients, ensuring a successful relationship. Responsible for responding to all requests from clients in a call center environment.

Flexibility to work some nights and weekends required.

Weekly pay and full benefits offered as a Staffmark employee.

Duties:

  • Answering client billing and transaction questions while promoting card services

  • Act as industry expert in support of sales efforts

  • Develop and maintain client portfolios

  • Work with sales staff to manage existing client base

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing products

  • Other duties as needed


Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (Oral, written and interpersonal), positive attitude, professional and personable, superb customer service, proficient with computer operation and Microsoft Office products, strong organizational skills, ability to independently prioritize and work efficiently, outbound sales experience a huge plus, call center experience, flexibility to work some nights and weekends required.
