Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be taking calls from an active membership, and assist in resolving issues
  • Provide administrative and clerical support in documenting detailed call information, and document results

Job Qualifications:

  • Inbound, and Outbound calls
  • Proficient with MS Office, accurate typing and data entry skills needed!
  • Work experience in a professional office environment

2-5 years customer service experience in a professional office environment. Must have proficient MS Office, be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
