As a BiLingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for screening candidates for potential hire by branch locations, answering inquiries, documenting interactions, conducting telephone interviews, scheduling appointments, assisting qualified job candidates with the on-boarding process, and connecting callers with the appropriate personnel.
Our ideal Bilingual Customer Service Representative is a team player with:
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high school diploma or GED

This is a casual work environment. Receive and qualify calls from prospective candidates. Direct candidates to electronic on-line application and on-boarding process. Screen incoming calls and/or connects telephone callers to appropriate staff member. Contact appropriate personnel to notify them of concerns or unusual situations. Answer general questions from candidates. Maintains paperwork and documentation. Perform general administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned. Requires sitting at video terminal for long periods of time, ability to listen and talk on the phone, repetitive hand/finger movement, lifting up to 20 pounds periodically
