Staffmark is hiring for a Customer Service Representative opportunity with an excellent company located in the Birmingham area.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable Receptionist experience. This is a great opportunity to join a well- established company!

Pay Rate: $12.00-$15.00/hour

Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a multi-line phone
  • Excellent Customer Service is required (includes grabbing coffee, water, casual conversation and validating parking tickets)
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of CSR work experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Stable, verifiable work history
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have great attendance and be reliable!

We are looking for candidates in the Birmingham area that seeking opportunities in a CSR role. This opportunity offers competitive pay ranging from $12-$15 per hour.
