Job Purpose:

Serves customers by processing payments, managing accounts, providing product and service information; resolving issues.

In this position one will be:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting with those that are making tax payments.
  • Communicating efficiently while maintaining customer service.
  • Entering alpha and numeric data on a multi computer screen setup.
  • Being able to multitask in a fast paced environment
